This website was created for a real estate agent. The general concept was to make it equally user friendly and minimalistic. We made sure that the potential buyer or seller sees the value first and gets all the tools they need to start cooperating with the agent. The project includes an intuitive animated menu, two sign-up forms with with giveaways, a home search tool uploaded directly from the MLS, a vlog that focuses on personal branding and relationship building and visible social media icons. The design, branding concept and website project was 100% created and executed by our Raise Your Media team.

The idea of the project was to highlight food and lifestyle associated with the restaurant as well as the personal-brand story of Chef Michael Thompson. We focused on giving the visitors a glimpse of what they're getting into before making a reservation. Prior to booking a table future guests can make a google walk, see all the signature menu items, get familiar with the place’s vibe, check out social media channels, newest events and sign up for a newsletter (pop up window with a giveaway). The general structure, design vision & branding was created by Alan Glazener. Raise Your Media designed the details of the layout, unique menu animation along with all the functionalities.

U Ol' Goat Committee is a recognized public benefit 501 (C) (3)committed to raising money for youth's and helpingthem carry out their agricultural goals and dreams.

While working on the project for this charity organization we put an emphasis on the relationship, engagement and trust that must be built before the future donor feels enough of a commitment to confidently donate to the cause. The design reflects the local vibe of the non-profit and respects the original historic logo created by Alan Glazener. The idea was to highlight the organisation's dedication to help local, young farmers pursue their dreams. The website itself was inspired by the classic scrolled-down landing page concept but it’s uniqueness allows the user to engage without being overwhelmed by too much information. Traditional design elements are highlighted by a modern animation. It consists of a combination of brand story, main event asscoiated with the non-profit, newsletter sign-up, social media channels and an online donation feature that makes supporting the cause easy and convenient.
